Why is it that some cultures have more unprofessional people that the others. It is almost sure that when you deal with people from a particular culture or geographic location, they are almost surely a pain to work with.

Its frustrating when people do not want to do their work and come to expect that others will do it for them. This post cannot continue without getting politically incorrect. Hence thats all I have to say..
